Things to bring to your appointment:
- If you have medical insurance, please have your medical card.
- If you have a photo ID, bring it with you. If you don't have an ID, that's ok but we will take a picture of you. (It's only for security purposes!)
- Magazine, book or homework in case there is a wait.
- List of your questions for the medical staff.
- A friend, if you don't want to come alone.
- Patience - but trust us, it is worth it.
Be ready to:
- Fill out some forms.
- Get weighed.
- Give a urine sample.
- Undress for your exam.
