Fee for ServicesPPWP offers quality low-cost comprehensive reproductive health care. We accept most health insurance plans and for those without insurance, we offer several no-cost or reduced-cost programs (please see guidelines below) and a sliding fee scale. No-Cost Programs SelectPlan for Women: PPWP is a participant of a program called SelectPlan for Women. This program pays for all or most of your gynecological care if you are a woman who:
If you are eligible for SelectPlan, you will receive pelvic exams, pap smears, STI testing and treatment, and birth control methods at no cost! Our staff can enroll you in SelectPlan for Women at the time of your next visit. In order to sign up for SelectPlan for Women we will need your birth certificate, a valid driver’s license or state issued photo ID, and a full month's worth of pay stubs. Print and fill out a paper application for SelectPlan for Women. Please bring the completed form with you at your next visit. Title X program: PPWP provides free services for those 17 and under. Sliding Fee Scale: If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

Valium is available at no charge. *Additional fees: If you prefer to be sedated during your abortion procedure, you can request IV (awake) sedation or conscious sedation. The medication helps you to relax and you may not remember the procedure as well. This option is an additional $40.00 and you will be required to have an adult accompany you to the appointment, stay with you until you are discharged and to escort you home. Abortion Pill: Individuals 4 to 9 weeks pregnant can use the abortion pill method. The cost for this process is $390. You should bring an additional $18.00 to purchase codeine and additional money to buy ibuprofen, Benadryl, anti-nausea medicine and Imodium AD at the pharmacy. PPWP accepts most major insurance carriers and HMOs that cover gynecological and abortion services. PPWP accepts the following forms of payment: cash, money order, MasterCard, American Express and VISA. PPWP offers limited financial assistance for both abortion methods.
