PPWP provides safe and confidential abortion services in our convenient downtown Pittsburgh location. PPWP, formerly Women’s Health Services of Western Pennsylvania, has been providing legal abortion services since 1973. We are committed to providing women with access to quality health care administered by a compassionate staff of doctors and nurses.  Abortions at PPWP are performed by local gynecologists who are trained and credentialed by Planned Parenthood. All of PPWP's services are affordable and confidential. Any information you provide to us cannot be given to others without your written consent. 

PPWP offers two types of abortion services:
